JavaScript Job: PHP Software Developer (m-w-d)

Verivox is one of the leading Online Price Comparison portals in Germany and has helped more than 8 Million consumers to make the right choice when it comes to household contracts and finances. In order to further push our successful growth in the Banking Team, we are looking for a Software Developer PHP (m/f/d) in Berlin or Heidelberg on a full-time basis.

Your Mission

• Be part of the Banking team and help building the most efficient and convenient loans comparison portal on the market
• Design and develop new functionality using PHP programming language
• Strive to see the big picture and collaborate with the team to connect the dots
• Suggest improvements, ideas, and solutions and offer help
• Be a present voice during product and technical discussions
• Bring your opinion to the table and be respectful to others while engaging in productive discussions

Your essential experience and education

• You have worked building software for 3+ years
• You have experience in and an understanding of improving the performance of code and systems you create
• You have a good knowledge of modern programming tools, practices, and techniques like the ones we use
• You're not afraid to ask for help and have a growth mindset
• You have excellent English oral and written communication skills
